Tiffanie Lloyd

Founder and CEO

Tiffanie moved to Nepal with her family of ten in 2019 and has spent her time building spaces of healing, empowerment, and community. She is a Certified Trauma Care Professional, author, educator, and Holistic Nutritionist, and previously founded a café and community center in the Kathmandu Valley. With a passion for women’s health and advocacy, Tiffanie brings creativity, resilience, and vision to the team.

Sandhya Nakarmi

Education and Training Supervisor

Sandhya received her Bachelor’s in Education at International Teacher College in Indonesia and worked as an educator for five years prior to joining our team. She is passionate about teaching and empowering women, and serving those who may have had to overcome obstacles in their lives. Her leadership inspires growth and transformation, fostering an environment where others can learn and thrive.

Monika Sunar

Student Support Case Worker

With a background in management and a passion for social work, Monika joins our team with experience in leading and encouraging women who have experienced hardship. Monika brings empathy, encouragement, and a steady presence that helps students feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Krishpa Chaudhary Lloyd

Vocational Trainer

Krishpa combines her hospitality expertise with a desire to make a difference in the lives of others and helps our domestic students to exceed industry standards. She is also a talented crocheter and teaches our crochet class, inspiring students by sharing her skill and creativity.

Muskan Shakya

Vocational Trainer

Muskan is a talented Barista and skilled baker who joins the team with an enthusiasm for teaching and serving women. Along with teaching Barista and Baking, Muskan is the creative force behind our beautifully crafted sugar cookies.

Sunita Lagun

Tailoring Trainer and Coordinator

Sunita brings her extensive experience in tailoring and a genuine passion for teaching sewing skills to women. In addition to teaching, she coordinates the production of textiles, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship while mentoring students in practical skills and creative expression.

Nishan Aryan

Cafe Supervisor

Nishan brings experience from the Hospitality sector and serves guests in our Training Cafe with skill and hospitality while supporting students in developing their own café and service skills. He combines hands-on expertise with professional instruction, ensuring both customers and learners have an excellent experience.

Volunteers

Our volunteers bring energy, dedication, and a passion for supporting our programs and community. They assist with daily activities, mentor students, and help create a welcoming and engaging environment for all. Their contributions are essential in helping us achieve our mission and in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
