Tiffanie moved to Nepal with her family of ten in 2019 and has spent her time building spaces of healing, empowerment, and community. She is a Certified Trauma Care Professional, author, educator, and Holistic Nutritionist, and previously founded a café and community center in the Kathmandu Valley. With a passion for women’s health and advocacy, Tiffanie brings creativity, resilience, and vision to the team.

Nishan Aryan
Education and Training Supervisor
Having started as a Trainer and Supervisor in the Training Cafe, Nishan has grown within the organization through internal training and mentorship, and now oversees our programs and training initiatives. Nishan is passionate about equipping students with skills that will prepare them for future employment opportunities. His steady leadership helps to drive forward the initiatives we pursue with excellence and purpose.

Monika Sunar
Student Support Case Worker
With a background in management and a passion for social work, Monika joins our team with experience in leading and encouraging women who have experienced hardship. Monika brings empathy, encouragement, and a steady presence that helps students feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Aayusha Maharjan
Vocational Trainer
With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Aayusha brings professional expertise and a compassionate spirit into her work. She is passionate about guiding students as they build confidence, develop practical life skills, and grow into independent individuals and fosters experiential learning, encourages mutual support, and cultivates a positive environment where every student feels valued, capable, and empowered to thrive.

Julee Maharjan
Vocational Trainer
Julee is a curious and driven learner currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree. She is passionate about building meaningful connections, serving within communities, and learning through hands-on experience. Warm and approachable, Julee brings positive energy to every space she enters, intentionally fostering inclusion, encouragement, and a sense of belonging for those around her.

Muskan Shakya
Vocational Trainer
Muskan is a talented Barista and a skilled baker who joins the team with an enthusiasm for teaching and serving women. Along with teaching our Barista and Baking courses, Muskan is the creative force behind our beautifully crafted sugar cookies.

Nabina Thatal
Vocational Trainer
Nabina brings her experience in tailoring and a genuine passion for teaching sewing skills to women. In addition to teaching, she coordinates the production of textiles, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship while mentoring students in practical skills and creative expression.

Rosymaya
Support Staff
Rosymaya is at the heart of our daily operations, keeping our office running smoothly with care and hard work. From preparing meals to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, Rosymaya ensures that everyone feels safe, comfortable, and supported.
